Subscription terms

Kestrel is desktop software for Windows. A monthly payment based on £6.99, converted into your selected currency buys one calendar month of access on one active PC. It does not buy Steam accounts, Prime, hardware, items or guaranteed earnings.

Renewal and access

Crypto payments are prepaid. We do not debit your wallet automatically. Early renewals extend your existing expiry. You can stop renewing at any time. Account data remains accessible when farming access expires.

Payments and refunds

Pay only the coin and network shown by NOWPayments. Access activates after completed payment is verified. If a payment fails or is incomplete, contact support before sending another payment. For cancellation or a refund request, contact support with your order reference. Refund handling depends on the circumstances and applicable consumer rights; paying in crypto does not remove those rights. No waiver of statutory cancellation rights is taken at checkout.

Use and compatibility

Kestrel is independent of Valve. Automation may breach Steam’s terms and can result in account restrictions or bans. We cannot guarantee rewards, account safety or uninterrupted compatibility with game updates.
